What we collect
When you request a sample or write to us, we collect your name, work email, company, and message. Our server also records your IP address and the page you came from so we can prevent abuse. When you buy, the payment provider collects your payment and billing details. We do not receive your card number.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer you, to deliver what you bought, and to keep records the law requires. Our legal bases are your request, performance of the contract, our legitimate interest in running a secure business, and legal obligation.
Who sees it
Our payment provider, our email host, and our web host process data for us. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep sample requests and correspondence only as long as needed to answer you and to keep business records. Order records are kept for the period tax law requires.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and California law you can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, object to its use, and ask for a copy. Write to info@stratummarketresearch.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
