Refund policy
What happens if a file is wrong, missing, or not what the page described.

If the file does not match the page
Write to us within 14 days of delivery. If the report or workbook is materially different from what the page described, we correct it or refund the order in full.
If you did not receive the file
Check your spam folder, then write to us. We resend it. If we cannot deliver it, we refund the order.
Change of mind
Because the file is digital content delivered at once, we cannot offer a refund for a change of mind after delivery. You can read the free key figures and request a sample before you buy.
EU and UK consumers
You have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts, which you give up at checkout when you ask for immediate delivery of digital content. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment provider. The time it takes depends on your bank.
