Is the price at checkout final?
Yes. The amount on the page is what you pay, before any VAT or sales tax that our payment provider adds for your country.
What does the free update cover?
When a figure in the workbook changes, we update the workbook and send you the new file. This runs for 12 months from your purchase.
Can I upgrade from a data pack to a full report?
Write to us with your order number. We credit what you paid for the data pack against the Full report.
What does one-off mean?
You pay once for the edition you choose. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Do you invoice companies?
The payment provider issues a VAT invoice with your company details at checkout. For purchase orders and wire transfers, use the contact page.
What if the file is not what the page described?
Write to us within 14 days. If the file does not match the page, we correct it or refund the order. The refund terms are on the refunds page.
