Terms of sale
The terms that apply when you buy a report or data pack.

Who we are
These terms are between you and the seller of the reports published under the name Stratum Market Research. The seller's legal name and address are given at the top of this page once confirmed.
What you are buying
You are buying a licence to a digital file: a data pack, a full report, or a team licence, as described on the report page at the time you order. We describe each edition on the pricing page.
Licence
The licence is for internal use by the number of users stated for the edition. You may quote short extracts with attribution. You may not resell, publish, or share the file outside your organisation.
Orders and payment
Orders are processed by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record, collects the price and any VAT or sales tax, and issues your invoice. Prices are in US dollars.
Delivery
We send the file to the email address you gave at checkout within the delivery time shown for the edition. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder and then write to us.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content, you agree at checkout that delivery begins immediately and that you lose the right of withdrawal once it does. This does not affect your rights if the file is faulty or not as described. See the refunds page.
Accuracy
We take care to check every figure, and we print the date of the last check. Reports are information, not investment, legal, or tax advice. Forecasts depend on stated assumptions and may not come true.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for a report is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version in force when you order applies to that order. The governing law and courts will be stated here once the seller entity is confirmed.
